OTM Restaurant is Japan’s first restaurant specializing in microgreens. Our own grown microgreens are used lavishly in pasta sets, light meals such as sandwiches, and our special Basque cheesecake. You can also experience our flavorful guilt-free ice cream, OTM ICE CREAM, which is made by kneading fresh microgreens you have selected on the spot.
